Ingredients: Artemisia vulgaris (Mugwort Leaf), Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari Root), Ipomoea digitata (Vidari Root Powder), Saraca asoca (Ashoka Powder), Tribulus terrestris (Tribulus Flower Powder), Ocimum tenuiflorum (Holy Basil Rama Leaf), Leonurus cardiaca (Motherwort Leaf), Hemidesmus indicus (Sarsaparilla Root Powder), Calendula officinalis (Calendula Flower), Matricaria recutita (Egyptian Chamomile Flower), Symphytum officinale (​​Comfrey Leaf), Taraxacum (Dandelion Root), Rubus idaeus (Raspberry Leaf), Salvia apiana (White Sage Leaf), Hamamelis virginiana (Hamamelis virginiana), Paeonia suffruticosa (White Peony Root), Viburnum opulus (Cramp Bark), Rosa Centifolia (Red Rose), Origanum vulgare (Oregano Leaf)

How to use: Fill the steamer base with 64oz of water and add 1 heaping tbsp of the steaming herbs. Turn the steamer to high heat, letting the herbs boil for a few minutes, then reduce heat so that a light but steady flow of steam rises from the water. More vigorous steam, indicating greater heat, could be damaging and even burn sensitive skin. Place your yoni steam chair over the steamer, and before sitting down, test the heat of the steam with the inside of your wrist. Once seated, wrap a sheet around your waist to keep steam in. Steam for 20-30 minutes daily for a month, skipping the week of menstruation. If your menstrual blood is dark or clotted, repeat the cycle for another month until blood is bright red throughout. For maintenance, steam twice weekly.
